Regeneration Consultants is part of Planning Solutions Consulting Limited. We work with a wide range of clients from the Forestry Commission through to the National Forest Company, Natural England, Sunderland City Council, Seeda, Emda, the Lancashire Wildlife Trust, St Modwen and the Claymoss Group. We have recently been included on a select list of advisors by Cumbria Tourism to provide professional support for rural tourism businesses.

Alongside our professional services our sister company Planning Solutions Limited manages a number of leisure businesses including a discovery park and a heritage centre – both have specialist retail, catering and corporate offers and a Harry Ramsden’s restaurant in Brighton. PSL also manages an extreme adventure centre in South Wales. This ensures our consultancy advice is also reinforced through 15 years of operating businesses.
